- A paid subscription bills at least one user. Discounts: −15% from the 101st to the 250th user, −25% beyond; −20% on request for small local authorities, nonprofits and education.
- External guests and viewers are never counted. Net prices: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Paid plans are reserved for organisations established in France; the free Discovery plan and self-hosting are open to everyone.
