Viewers not counted
A member who follows progress without changing anything is a viewer: they read tickets and notes, for free.
Guests not counted
A partner, a supplier or a funder can be an external guest: they only see the tickets that concern them, for free.
20% off beyond that
If you go over 10 billable users, a 20% discount is granted to nonprofits, on request.

What if the nonprofit grows?
You only pay from the 11th billable user. Example: 18 active volunteers, plus members as viewers. With the Team plan, 8 users are paid: €31.20 per month, or €24.96 with the 20% discount.
Net prices: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Paid plans are reserved for organisations established in France; the Discovery plan is open to everyone.

Is Jalonio really free for a nonprofit?
Yes, for up to 10 billable users, with no time limit and no credit card. Viewers and external guests are never counted.
Which features are missing from the free plan?
No work feature. Only the AI assistance, reserved for paid plans, and the features of the Organisation plan (single sign-on, searchable audit log, security policies, payment by invoice, priority support) are not included.
How do we get the 20% discount?
Write to [email protected] with the name of your nonprofit. The discount is applied after your status has been checked.
Do our volunteers need training?
No. Jalonio is designed to be understood without training: a board, tickets, meeting minutes. Everything also works with the keyboard.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export it at any time, in an open format. At the end of a subscription, the workspace returns to the Discovery plan and all data is kept.
