Jalonio targets level AA of RGAA 4.1, the French accessibility standard based on WCAG 2.1 AA. Everything works with the keyboard, drag and drop included, and every release is checked automatically. A full compliance audit is planned.

With the Organisation plan: ProConnect (the French State’s single sign-on for public agents), Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, any OpenID Connect provider or your LDAP directory.
Straightforward purchasing
With the Organisation plan: a quote, then an invoice payable by bank transfer, including through Chorus Pro, the French public e-invoicing platform. Invoices are issued by a publisher established in France.

Request tracking
To handle internal or public requests: New, Under review, In progress, On hold, Resolved, Closed. By default, a resolved request that receives a new comment reopens by itself.
Milestone project
For a building project, a redesign or an office move: epics, due dates and key dates, on a timeline that builds itself in the “Milestones” view.
Meeting minutes
A ready-to-fill template: agenda, decisions, actions. Each action becomes a ticket in one click, and the minutes are emailed to the participants.
Shared calendar
Due dates, milestones and sprints appear in Outlook or Thunderbird, through a simple subscription to the project calendar.

Does Jalonio work with ProConnect?
Yes. With the Organisation plan, the administrator registers Jalonio in the ProConnect partner area, then enters the client ID and secret obtained. Staff sign in with the “S’identifier avec ProConnect” button.
Can we pay by invoice, through Chorus Pro?
With the Organisation plan, yes: write to [email protected] for a quote. The invoice is payable by bank transfer within 30 days, including through Chorus Pro.
Is Jalonio RGAA compliant?
Jalonio is designed for level AA of RGAA 4.1 and checked automatically with every release. No full audit has been carried out yet: one is planned. We therefore do not claim any compliance rate at this time.
Does our data leave the European Union?
It is hosted in Germany. Two subprocessors are US companies: Cloudflare, through which traffic passes, and Google, which stores the backups. They are declared in the privacy policy. To depend on neither, install Jalonio on your own servers.
Are we eligible for a discount?
A 20% discount is granted on request to small local authorities, after their status has been checked. Write to [email protected].
