Who counts as a billable user?
Every active account, except external guests and people who are only viewers in all their projects. Disabled accounts are never counted.
What happens if my team grows beyond 10 people on the Discovery plan?
Nothing stops: you can simply move to a paid plan to add new users. Nobody loses access.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the Subscription page of your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you then return to the Discovery plan and your data is kept.
Why are prices shown without VAT?
Jalonio is published by KersAI Factory, a French sole proprietorship under the VAT franchise scheme: the prices shown are the prices you pay, with no VAT to add.
My organisation is not based in France. Can I use Jalonio?
Yes, with the free Discovery plan, up to 10 billable users, or by installing Jalonio on your own servers. Paid plans are currently reserved for organisations established in France.
Can we pay by bank transfer or through Chorus Pro?
Yes, with the Organisation plan: write to [email protected] to receive a quote and an invoice. Chorus Pro is the French public sector’s invoicing portal.
Do you offer discounts?
A 20% discount is granted on request to small local authorities, non-profits and educational institutions. Large teams benefit from volume tiers above 100 users.
What if I want to leave?
You can export all your data at any time, in an open format. Since Jalonio is free software, you can even install it on your own servers and import your export there.
